Note bushy eyebrows, horizontal palpebral fissures, flat nasal philtrum with prominent columella, thin upper lip, high palate, microretrognatia, and rather asymmetrical ears; d) 22q11.2 duplication inherited from affected mother, in a 4 years old girl.
